My first fantastic story !

It’s very funny to make your own story thanks to “story maker”. 

I think it’s a good idea for children to learn vocabulary with simple words.

This is my short story :

I looked the video “Using Facebook to Teach” on Carmenne’s blog.

This video is very interesting because a teacher speak about Facebook (a tool very important in the life of students.) The teacher, use facebook on her history lessons: all students create a Fan page on Facebook about a famous person and they should make a bibliography, information about home town or place where he was born, put photos or videos about this person.

~ I think it’s a good idea, because it’s an original project!  all students are interesting by history, they work on a computer more specifically on Facebook (today, it’s use by lots of people, it’s a revolution on the Internet.) I think there is a disadvantage if the students haven’t a computer and an Internet connection at home, they can’t move the project, it’s devaluing against the students who have a computer and internet, and they can work on Facebook the week end.  

In second times, she speaks about a virtual salon where everybody has a computer and instead of students speaking on face to face, they communicate by Facebook during 45minutes.

~ Concerning communication, I think it’s a good idea because the students can improve their expression! The teacher can use Facebook to communicate with foreign students to improve their English, or French…

/!\ Certain parents are against Facebook, before use Facebook the teacher should speak with parents and explain the project.
